| Wanted: 60+ Gig IDE drive |

Anyone out there got a 60+ Gig IDE hard drive that's taking up space? I'm looking for a cheap drive to throw in an old machine...just enough to back-up a reasonable music collection. Willing to pay up to $40 or so depending on size.

I think my first generation, pre-ordered G4/400 is giving up the ghost. It's currently my desktop machine and I was hoping to keep it on as a file server (I've finally gotten the money together for a new computer) but I'm getting heaps of I/O errors on the networking port.
I mean, it is a 9 year old computer, so I really don't have any complaints, but it wouldn't suck to have a dedicated MacOS based fileserver/backup server. |
